Tambon Bannua Mueng Kanchanaburi 71000, on the right before the police station as you enter the town from Bangkok. A free map is available here, as well as comprehensive information on accommodation and transportation.
Areas of Responsibility : Kanchanburi, Nakhon Pathom, Samut Sakhon and Samut Songkhram.
Money
All the major Thai banks are represented and offer both foreign exchange services and ATMs. Thai Banks is found on Saengchuto Rd, I the vicinity of the market and bus terminal. Punnee Cafe’ (Tel 513503) on Baan Neua Rd has a money exchange service that’s useful on weekends and holidays.

ATMs are just about everywhere around town. The main banks for changing travellers cheques or foreign currency can be found on Saeng Chuto just north of the bus station.
Post and Communications
The General Post Office is on Saengchuto Rd (Office Hour on weekday: 8.30 am- 4.30pm, 9.00am-2.00pm on Saturday). The international telephone service is available daily from 7.00am-11.00pm. There is a small post office on Lak Meuang Rd.
Books Tawan Bookshop on Saeng Chuto, opposite the River Inn, has a good collection of local maps and guides and a couple of racks of English-language paperbacks. On Maenam Kwai there are two secondhand bookshops, but neither is particularly inspiring. Far better is the collection at the Jolly Frog.
Internet café around dotted around town offer reliable, high speed access and many guesthouses provide a couple of terminals in their reception areas.
